I'm a freelance photographer currently based in the Midwest.

My main interests are food, product, and editorial.

Whether it's working in studio or on location, I try to give a voice to the things I photograph, and tell a story.

My interest in photography started at age 16, when I took my first photo class in high school, I was immediately hooked.

I saved up my money, bought an old darkroom, and set it up in the basement of my house.

Before photography, I was very much into painting. Photography appealed to me because it was so immediate. Capturing images, developing, and printing, no waiting for paint to dry.

I earned my BFA from UW Milwaukee, during that time I started assisting photographers in Milwaukee and Chicago.

This lead to working with more photographers and photo studios. Carrying out all aspects of production work, and traveling around the country for jobs.

I've done work for both print, and web campaigns. Working directly with large and small businesses. As well as ad agencies, and magazines.

Always available for travel, and up for a challenge.
